Liverpool cause PANIC with approach for Mikel Arteta favourite
Liverpool are making early moves in the transfer market and it could cost Mikel Arteta. There's panic at Arsenal.
Liverpool are now advanced in their preparations for the summer transfer window. Everyone at Anfield has an idea of who will stay and go - and there will be plenty in both directions.

The are priority positions, of course. Liverpool want to redesign their attack for next season, giving Arne Slot a group of forwards that fit his own style of play.
Liverpool will need a right-back, too, as Trent Alexander-Arnold looks destined for an exit to Real Madrid. But the Reds are also after a left-back.
It's thought they'll try to improve on Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas. If not immediately then with a long-term option who can make the position his own down the line.
And there are a few options that fit the bill there. Milos Kerkez is perhaps the most talked-about and he very well may be the first-choice at Liverpool this summer.
But he's not the only option and one move could result in a seriously upset Mikel Arteta.

Liverpool make Jorrel Hato approach
Teamtalk claims Liverpool have made an initial approach over Jorrel Hato. The teenager is one of the most promising defenders in the game right now, having established himself as a regular at Ajax over the last two campaigns.
In fact, Hato became the youngest player to reach 100 appearances for Ajax, breaking Matthijs de Ligt's record. He's truly one of the brightest talents around.
And Liverpool like him. Hato can play both left-back and centre-back, while his potential is off the charts.
The Reds aren't the only ones who see things this way, either. Arsenal rate Hato very, very highly and Teamtalk claims there's some panic at the Emirates right now because of Liverpool's quick approach.
Hato is apparently a favourite of Arteta's - but now the Arsenal boss risks missing out on him as the Reds push forward. We'll just have to wait and see how the Gunners react.

Now, this isn't to say that Hato is 'the one' and definitely Liverpool's next left-back. But he's a serious option for a summer transfer - and one that could really wind up Arsenal.
