Liverpool given their PICK of brilliant signings by Man United
Manchester United handed Liverpool a golden opportunity. The Reds appear to have their pick of brilliant signings.
Liverpool need a new left-back. That's pretty clear.

Andy Robertson is naturally in decline, while Kostas Tsimikas has consistently failed to nail down a starting spot. The future there for Liverpool is in someone new - but who?
Well, that part isn't entirely clear just yet. There are options, though, and some very good ones.
Liverpool have been linked with Milos Kerkez and Anfield Watch understands that there's genuine interest there. The links between Richard Hughes and Bournemouth make that a natural one.
Alvaro Carreras, too. Liverpool reportedly like him and the full-back could soon leave Benfica. But here's where Manchester United come into play.
Man United are the ones who sold Carreras to Benfica but they retained a buyback clause for the player. It's been rumoured that they'd activate it, too.
That's not the only way they're a problem, either. United are also heavily linked with a move for Kerkez, who's a boyhood fan of the club.
But things may have switched in Liverpool's favour. We think they've now got their pick.
Liverpool's pick of stars
It appears United have picked their new left-back - and it's neither of the above. Instead, they've offered Lecce €30m for Partick Dorgu.
Funnily enough, he's a player long linked with Liverpool. But then, that's just most players, isn't it?
But if United are bidding for Dorgu, there's next to no chance that they're going after Carreras or Kerkez. If only because United don't actually have any money.
Liverpool can now feel pretty comfortable about being the frontrunners for both Kerkez and Carreras. It's simply a case of picking one and going all out.
Exactly who that should be is definitely up for debate, mind.
