One of the players who could leave Anfield this summer is Luis Diaz, as was exclusively revealed by Anfield Watch. The Colombian has struggled to prove himself under Slot, despite making 38 appearances for the Reds this season.
Now, the 28-year-old has given some insight into where his head is at amid a multitude of transfer links.
Luis Diaz drops hint about his Liverpool future
Reports liking Diaz with a move away from Merseyside have been commonplace for the last 12 months, with Barcelona appearing to be leading the race for his signature.
But, despite all the reported interest in him, Diaz has now reaffirmed his desire to play for Liverpool.
The 28-year-old has found the back of the net 25 times in the Premier League since he arrived at Anfield, and this has him fourth in the all-time list of Colombian goal scorers in the competition.

Juan Pablo Angel leads the list with 44, followed by Hamilton Ricard with 31 and Hugo Rodallega with 29, but Diaz wants to claim the top spot on that list.
“It's a real pleasure for me to be right there close behind them and I realise that maybe I will catch them at some point,” Diaz told the official Liverpool website. “You could say that it's another one of those personal targets that I have. I know that things are going well for me and I'm in decent form.”
Can Diaz break the record?
To become the undisputed top scoring Colombian of all time in the Premier League Diaz requires 19 goals.
The 28-year-old has nine already this campaign, although five of those came in his first five games of the campaign.
Luis Diaz
It would require a truly spectacular run for Diaz to make up the difference in the 10 remaining Premier League matches.
That points to the Colombian seeing himself at Liverpool, or at least in the Premier League, beyond the end of the season.
It seems unlikely, although not impossible, that the Reds would sell Diaz to one of their rivals – so it looks like Lucho wants to stay at Anfield for the foreseeable future.

Liverpool supporters will be encouraged by Diaz’s continued devotion to the club, and will hope that he can get closer to Juan Pablo Angel’s record tally before the season is over.
