Liverpool drop strong hint at FOUR exits this week
Liverpool appear ready to let four players leave the club before the January transfer window closes. The Reds dropped a strong hint this week.
There is one week to run before the transfer window closes. In fact, there's pretty much exactly one week to run as this is being written.

The window itself closes in the UK at 23:00 on Monday, February 3rd. Yes, it's a strange ending for this one - a bit more confusing than normal.
Most of Europe close their window on the same day, albeit earlier than in the UK. Turkey won't shut their until February 11th, while Saudi Arabia close early: January 30th.
So those are your key dates as you wait for Liverpool to make any late moves. But let's be honest, incoming transfers seem very unlikely at this stage.
What there could be, though, are some outgoings. In fact, Liverpool have strongly hinted at some with a squad selection this weekend.

Liverpool could see exits
Liverpool Under 21s lost 2-0 away at Tottenham Hotspur this weekend, continuing a very poor run of form for the young Reds. But then, they're very young.
Most of the 'senior' U21 players have been shifted on already, either on loan or permanently. Tom Hill is one example of that, who departed for Harrogate Town earlier this month.
And so those U21 players who didn't face Spurs are the most selections interesting of the lot. There are the likes of Tyler Morton, Trey Nyoni and James McConnell who weren't in the team because of first-team commitments.
But then there were players like Kaide Gordon. Gordon spent the first half of the season on loan at Norwich City but wasn't getting games by the end. That loan was cut short and his exclusion from the U21 team essentially guarantees another move before the deadline.
Similarly, James Norris, James Balagizi and Lee Jonas were all absent from the fixture but not involved with the first team. All are expected to join Gordon in leaving before the window closes.
Maybe some leave permanently like Hill, maybe some depart on loans again. Either way, these are the names that look the most likely to join new teams.
As for the senior side, we can't see anyone leaving at this stage. Naturally, a big offer from somewhere would change that - but we'll see on that front.
