World-class £29m star now CERTAIN to join Liverpool
The Reds are about to welcome a world-class star to Anfield this summer based on the latest reports.
For Liverpool in many ways, it's going to be a transformative summer. It remains to be seen what the future holds for Arne Slot's side beyond the current season, but what is guaranteed is change.

This season, Slot has worked with a squad that is very much the remnants of Jurgen Klopp's era. But he is now expected to mould his team into his own, with the help of the club's sporting director Richard Hughes.
One area that will see a lot of changes made is the attacking department, where Anfield Watch exclusively revealed an era-defining overhaul is expected to happen this summer.
It's not just the attack that will see new faces come in. There will be plenty of other additions and one new arrival is already guaranteed.

Why Giorgi Mamardashvili is now guaranteed to stay at Liverpool
Liverpool signed Mamardashvili for an initial fee of £29m (Sky Sports) from Valencia last summer.
Recently, he has been showcasing his world-class talent, saving a penalty from Vinicius Junior and winning matches single-handedly for Valencia.
But there have been a lot of question marks about just when he would actually join the Reds' first team. Numerous reports have suggested he could move out on loan again as he is unwilling to be a second choice behind Alisson.
However, based on the latest reports, he now looks almost guaranteed to be playing in a red shirt next season.
According to Czech outlet inFotbal Liverpool's third choice goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros is set to go out on loan this summer, with his likely destination being Ligue 1.
This would leave Liverpool without a third choice goalkeeper and probably without a second choice keeper as well because Caoimhin Kelleher is also set to leave the Reds.
With both Jaros and Kelleher set to not be available for Slot next season, Mamardashvili is pretty much certain to join the Reds' first team this summer and remain at the club.
Alisson notoriously has struggled with injury problems throughout the last couple of seasons. Liverpool therefore will not risk a talented but albeit inexperienced goalkeeper from the academy like Kornel Misciur become the club's second choice keeper.
It also would not make sense to buy another goalkeeper just to be second choice when Liverpool are already spoiled for choice.
It makes more sense to allow Kelleher to leave, because he is itching to play first team football and replace him with Mamardashvili, who will be desperate to oust Alisson from his throne and who will get plenty of opportunities throughout the season to make his mark.
Meanwhile, Jaros going out on loan is also a smart decision.
He will gain valuable experience in a top five league while Liverpool can promote someone like Misciur to learn from Alisson and Mamardashvili while working closely with the club's goalkeeping coach, Fabian Otte.
So, the expectation maybe have been that Mamardashvili won't be at Anfield next season, based on the latest reports, the opposite may in fact be true.

If Jaros and Kelleher both leave, we can't image a scenario where Mamardashvili is not at Liverpool next season.
