Fabrizio Romano is certain: Star will LEAVE Liverpool
Liverpool are set to lose one star this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano. He sounds absolutely certain.
Liverpool will ring the changes this summer as they look to capitalise on this incredible debut campaign under Arne Slot. The Reds will attempt to build an even better squad than this title-winning one.

That means bringing in several players across a busy summer. Though, it also means sending out just as many - and some exits will be high profile.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is likely to top that list. He's heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid as his contract expires at the end of the campaign.
Liverpool are eager to hold onto their vice-captain but it feels incredibly unlikely at this stage. Negotiations have gone on for some time and the lack of any reported progress points to one outcome.
But he's highly unlikely to be the only star leaving this summer. Especially as Liverpool intend to retool their attack.
And Fabrizio Romano sounds absolutely certain that one forward is off.

Darwin Nunez will leave
Fabrizio Romano answered questions on Threads, one of which was about Darwin Nunez's future. Where would he be playing his football next season?
Romano wasn't able to offer a specific destination but he was clear about one part of it: "Not at Liverpool".
It's as certain as he could possibly sound and everything is certainly pointing that way. Nunez almost left in January, after all.
As exclusively revealed by Anfield Watch, Liverpool rejected an offer from Al-Hilal for the Uruguayan. Their reasoning was valid: not wanting to limit the squad over the second half of the season.
There are no such concerns over a summer transfer and it's widely expected that an offer from the Saudi Pro League will return. The Reds will accept it, assuming it's within the range of the last one.
That could actually happen quite quickly, too, as Al-Hilal are after players who could feature at the Club World Cup. And this one is certainly a matter of 'when', not 'if' for Nunez.
