Liverpool could revisit 2022 transfer target to REPLACE Darwin Nunez
It was back in the 2021/22 season when Liverpool were first linked with Dusan Vlahovic.

He ended up elsewhere but there are signs now that Juve are ready to move on from the 25-year-old.
Arsenal and Aston Villa chase Vlahovic
Vlahovic left Fiorentina for an eye-watering €80 million sum (£66.6m), signing a contract until 2026.
While there have been discussions over a new deal between the player’s entourage and the club, Juve will only do business on a salary lower than his current £215,000 per week.
And with both sides hitting a contract impasse, it could open up the door to other suitors otherwise Juve could lose him for free.
Arsenal and Aston Villa have been named as interested parties in a new report from TEAMtalk and Vlahovic could be available for a relatively low transfer fee of £50m. Should Liverpool get involved? It’s certainly an intriguing possibility.
Should Liverpool get involved?
Clearly the club’s recruitment department found a lot to admire about Vlahovic when he played for Fiorentina. And Liverpool are set to overhaul their attack next summer with question marks over several of their stars.
Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez could well be sacrificed in order to make space for new forwards. Vlahovic has scored 14 goals in 32 matches overall for Juventus this season and could thrive in better circumstances than he’s had so far in Turin.

Overall he’s scored 55 goals in 134 matches for the Bianconeri but his term at the club has coincided with a downturn.
Juve have only managed to win a single Coppa Italia during Vlahovic’s time at the club and he scored the winning goal in last season’s final against Atalanta.
