Liverpool target PSG transfer RAID
Liverpool face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League last 16 over two legs, with the first leg commencing next week.
Luis Enrique’s side are one of the form teams in Europe this season and have legitimate aspirations of winning their first-ever Champions League title.

The six-time European champions stand in their way however and will be hoping that an all-star line-up including Ousmane Dembele, Bradley Barcola and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia can be overcome.
Despite boasting some outstanding attacking talents in their squad, PSG are not resting on their laurels and are ALREADY considering new additions in the summer transfer market.

Reports in Portugal are suggesting that the French Ligue 1 side have decided to pay a €45 million release clause for Porto prodigy Rodrigo Mora.
PSG want Rodrigo Mora
“PSG is willing to pay, in the next off-season, the value of the clause, €45m, for Rodrigo Mora,” wrote journalist Luis Pinto Coelho on X. “FC Porto will try to renew, after May when Mora turns 18, and increase the clause to €70m.”
The youngest-ever professional player in the Portuguese leagues, the 17-year-old has burst onto the scene for Porto’s first team this season.
A versatile attacker, Mora can play in tandem with another attacking midfielder in behind a front man in a three-man attack or else out wide on either side.
Porto are desperate to tie to a new contract and increase his buyout clause to €70m but PSG are determined to get their hands on Mora before then.

Likened to Luka Modric in his homeland, Mora top-scored at last summer’s UEFA Euro Under-17 Championship and looks set for a career at the highest level.
And if he moves to PSG alongside fellow Portugal stars Nuno Mendes, Joao Neves, Goncalo Ramos and Vintinha, there could well be the potential for Liverpool to strike for one of PSG’s other attacking players.
Liverpool can pounce for Desire Doue
Anfield Watch reported that the Reds were in the running for Desire Doue before Christmas when the 19-year-old was struggling to make a breakthrough into Luis Enrique’s starting XI.
Signed from Rennes for €50m last summer, it took Doue a while to get going in PSG colours. Given their embarrassment of riches up top, it wasn’t initially easy for Doue to make the grade.
He has begun to start more and more matches however and his versatility - sure to appeal to Arne Slot - is beginning to shine through. The top French prospect can play on either wing and has now started commanding starting positions in central midfield.
Doue, whose contract expires in 2029, could conceivably fill in for Liverpool on the right and left wings as well as in behind a striker.
“Liverpool have more depth in their squad in the wide areas for now, leaving the central midfield role as the one for him to target,” French football expert Robin Bairner of Football Transfers tells Anfield Watch.
“The consensus is, however, that while Doue can become a top-class central midfielder, he is better presently out wide.”

And if Mora arrives at the Parc des Princes in summer 2025, that is sure to have an impact on Doue’s future prospects at the club.
Having sent out the signal earlier this season that he was dissatisfied with his bit-part role, this could be a chance for Liverpool to strike a deal for a major emerging talent.
