Liverpool star ready to convince Bellingham to join Arne Slot
The word Bellingham is almost like a curse words for the club's supporters but it might not have to be like that much longer.

Liverpool missed out on Jude Bellingham, who has established himself as one of the best players in world football at Real Madrid.

If that was not enough, Jude's cajoling words seem to have convinced Trent Alexander-Arnold to join him at the Spanish giants and leave the Reds for pastures new upon the expiry of his current deal.
Should such a move come to fruition, Bellingham won't be a popular figure on Merseyside that's for sure. He'll almost be like a pantomime villain.
But there is another Bellingham, who has been on Liverpool's radar in the past, who still has a chance to wear the red shirt, and who one of the club's very own stars could now convince to link-up with him at Anfield.
Liverpool star should convince Jobe Bellingham to join him
Jobe Bellingham has been a player who Liverpool have admired for a while. The brother of Jude, he was first linked with a move to Anfield by The Mirror back in 2022.
But Jobe has been clever in the way he has built his career. After moving on from Birmingham City, he made the switch to Sunderland, where he is plying his trade in a young team, full of players with exciting potential.
And he's not just plying his trade, he is playing really well too. Playing on the left-side of Sunderland's midfield, Bellingham often drops back to form a double pivot.
Yet, he makes an impact in front of goal, just like his brother. He's scored four goals and has registered three assists in 27 appearances so far. No one has more goal contributions among U20 midfielders in the competition.
In fact among U20 players, only Liverpool's Ben Doak (10) and Bellingham's teammate Eliezer Mayenda (9) have more - both of whom player further forward in attacking roles.
At just 19 years old, Bellingham is already an England U21 international and he fits the criteria of the kind of profile Liverpool want to attract.
He's physical qualities combined with his brilliant footballing brain and technical ability would make him a strong fit in Arne Slot's squad.
And now he's set to team-up with Liverpool's very own Jayden Danns, who has joined Sunderland on loan. If Liverpool's interest remains in Bellingham, the Reds will hope his new teammate will be telling him all the good things about Slot and the Reds.
For once, it might just be a Liverpool player convincing a Bellingham to join the club, rather than the other way around.
At the same time, with Richard Hughes having established a relationship with Sunderland through this loan deal, negotiations will be easier for Bellingham as well.
Liverpool like to conduct business with the same teams and the same agencies. This is what they have often done with the Red Bull clubs or Jorge Mendes recently.
So, it's not implausible to suggest Danns' move could have actually helped Liverpool get one step closer to finally landing a Bellingham.
