Andy Robertson successor lined up by Arsenal
Liverpool have been linked with plenty of left-backs recently.
It appears Arne Slot and sporting director Richard Hughes are making plans to change up their options in that position either this summer or the next.

Andy Robertson has been a mainstay since arriving from Hull in 2017 while Kostas Tsimikas has provided understudy cover since 2020. However, Robertson is imminently turning 31 and there are doubts emerging over his long-term viability in the team.

Tsimikas has never shown the form or consistency to be a No1 in the position and the Reds have therefore been tipped to move in the market for a solution.
Milos Kerkez, Antonee Robinson and Lewis Hall are among the well-liked left-backs at Anfield and Rayan Ait-Nouri is also a name on the list.
However, the club will need to act fast to secure the Wolves defender’s signature as several rivals are emerging.
AC Milan and Arsenal chase Ait-Nouri
AC Milan have got plans to change up their left-back position too with Theo Hernandez an option for Real Madrid. A replacement would be required in the event that Theo leaves and Milan decision-makers have got Ait-Nouri on the list.

But Liverpool face competition from within the Premier League with Caught Offside reporting that Arsenal are eyeing the €60 million (£50m)-rated defender for a summer transfer.
Wolves may well have to sell their top stars in summer - including Ait-Nouri and Matheus Cunha - and Arsenal could pounce to solve a problem at left-back.
Ait-Nouri rated at €60m (£50m)
Myles Lewis-Skelly, Riccardo Calafiori and Oleksandr Zinchenko are among Mikel Arteta’s current options and Ait-Nouri could well be the man to take command of the left-back slot long-term.
Liverpool and Manchester United are named as interested parties in the same report but the Reds Devils managed to sign Patrick Dorgu in January.
The French-born 23-year-old has played 23 times in the Premier League this season, scoring three times - including one against Liverpool - and adding five assists.
He joined Wolves from Angers in 2021 and is under contract at Molineux until 2026. This season he has lined up for Wolves at left-back, left-sided centre back and even in left-midfield.
It’s understood Wolves would prefer to sell Ait-Nouri to an overseas team rather than a Premier League rival but the asking price could be a sticking point.
