Liverpool one step closer to signing PERFECT Andy Robertson replacement
Liverpool will be in the hunt to sign a left-back in the upcoming transfer windows.
Andy Robertson is not getting any younger and his recent dip in form has highlighted a need for the Reds to rejuvenate their options in the department.

Liverpool need a younger and more dynamic option - someone who is better equipped for Arne Slot's style of football.
There have been plenty of names being listed as potential successors to Robertson's throne. Chiefly among them has been Milos Kerkez. Anfield Watch exclusively revealed that Liverpool held talks with his representatives back in November.
However, the Hungarian is being hotly pursued by Manchester United and he is not the only option for the Reds.
Why Andy Robertson's perfect replacement is Jorrel Hato
Another player who is reportedly on Liverpool's radar is Ajax defender Hato (TBR).
At 18-years-old, Hato already has a lot of experience under his belt and that makes him an appealing candidate for Liverpool.
He is someone who could play for the Reds for years to come. On top of that he's also in great form with seven goal contributions in 15 Eredivisie matches from left-back.
But the most important reason why he is the perfect replacement for Robertson, is his defensive ability. Hato is excellent at reading the game and he is also capable of playing as a left-sided centre-back - not just as a left-back.
That added versatility and defensive prowess makes him the ideal candidate for the Reds.
And it seems Liverpool are one step closer to getting him too with The Athletic reporting that Ajax are resigned to letting him leave in the summer transfer window in 2025.
That's a really encouraging update, and it means Liverpool shouldn't struggle to get Hato if they do move for him next year.
Which they absolutely should. There is a strong contingent of Dutch players already at the club and Arne Slot's assistant, Johnny Heitinga will know Hato well too from his time managing Ajax and the club's academy.
Not to mention the success of Ryan Gravenberch, another Ajax teen prodigy turned Liverpool maestro should also encourage the club's recruitment team to continue shopping in Amsterdam.
