Wonderkid sends come and get me plea with SPECIAL performance
While the team needs ready-made starters this transfer window, Liverpool are never afraid to take a gamble on youth prospects who have shown potential, especially if they deliver under pressure.
Transfer targets destined to play at Anfield always show a certain quality, regardless of their age, and that is standing up and taking on the responsibility to make a difference in the team.

Steven Gerrard was the embodiment of that attribute, never sitting back on his laurels.
Last night, one of the Reds' youthful transfer targets delivered a performance against his rivals that showcased to Liverpool everything they would've wanted to see from him.
Maksimovic continues to know on Liverpool's door
It was previously reported earlier on in the season that Liverpool were one of the leading club's in the hunt to sign Andrija Maksimovic at Crvena Zvezda.
Anfield Watch then received intel that a permanent move for the 17-year-old Serbian was on the cards for the January transfer window, although that sadly that never came to fruition.
The intention was clear that the Reds did not want to pursue any business during the winter, opting instead to focus all of their attention on the summer transfer window at the end of the season.
But that should not rule out a potential move for Maksimovic, as he has continued to perform to a level beyond his years.
In the Serbian Eternal Derby match between Crvena Zvezda and Partizan, it was the visitors who has a stronghold on the tie, that was of course until Red Star received a penalty that was calmly dispatched by Maksimovic.
The goal was his sixth of the season, while he has also notched seven assists in his 33 appearances this season.
As an attacking midfielder, that is a really impressive return. None of Liverpool's currently midfield options have delivered to that standard, and they are a lot further on in their careers.
With the knowledge that Liverpool could be tempted to make a move for him, Anfield Watch spoke to an expert in Serbian football to get the low-down on Maksimovic and it became clear that he could become a leading player in Arne Slot's side if the club sanctioned a move.

Plenty of positions in the Reds' squad are in need of TLC, so the demand for a young starlet is low, given other things will take priority, but the Serbian is certainly one to keep an eye on going forward.
