Liverpool could attempt to sign West Ham United winger Jarrod Bowen in the near future, according to the Liverpool Echo.

The report implies that senior figures at Anfield are keeping an eye on the 25-year-old. Bowen is having a very good season for the Hammers.

The Englishman has found the back of the net five times and registered 10 assists in 28 appearances. Bowen has also been averaging a WhoScored player rating of 7.21 in the Premier League.

Anfield Watch Verdict

The aforementioned figures highlight that Bowen is more than capable of playing in the Premier League. Also, the winger is only 25 years of age, which highlights that his career is far from finished.

Therefore, we would not be against Liverpool signing Bowen. However, the Englishman will cost the Reds a bit of money.

Bowen's contract does not expire for another three years. With that being the case, a free transfer is off the table for the time being.

Bowen possesses a current market value of €35 million.
