Leaked: The Liverpool x Nike kit you'll NEVER get to see
Liverpool’s newest kit deal with Adidas has been one of the biggest talking points at the club this season in what is admittedly a crowded field.
The news was met with adoration and anticipation when the deal was confirmed, with Liverpool’s Adidas kits being arguably their most popular in the current cycle of retromania.

As a result, the rumoured kits are all infused with elements of the past and would be almost certain to bring in huge swathes of profit for the club.
The rumoured home kit has a detail outline similar to the 2006-08 kits, whilst the away is rumoured to have a shield badge similar to those seen between 1950-1968.
The third kit is rumoured to be the iconic ‘sea green’ colour, complete with the Adidas ‘trefoil’ logo and the badge the club donned between 1987-1992.
But, according to a new leak reported by Footy Headlines, it could have been oh so different.

Twitter user @KB2X has released images of what is claimed to have been Nike’s planned design for Liverpool’s away kit next season should the club have re-signed with them.
t is a gradient-laden number, with the top half an Irish Cream colour fading into white at the bottom, featuring yellowing stripes to accentuate the change.
It also features the same collar that the home shirt has this season.
If we can give our own amateur opinion in this, it’s probably for the best it didn’t see any on-pitch action. Maybe it would have grown on people as some kits have been known to do, but on a first look this is, well, hideous.
Liverpool’s deal with Adidas is reportedly worth up to £60m per year for the club, which makes it the fifth-largest kit deal in history.
Real Madrid and Manchester United are the only Adidas-clad teams who pull in more from the German giants each year.
And should Liverpool see the success they’re experiencing so far this season whilst in these iconic rumoured re-designs, it will almost certainly be incredibly lucrative for all.
