Liverpool have already signed next Mo Salah for NOTHING
There is only one Mo Salah.
He's the King of Egypt and the King of Liverpool. No one can take the throne on which he sat to announce his contract extension. Salah is in a league of his own.

When the time comes for him to leave Liverpool, it's going to be a very sad day for the club's supporters across the globe. Nowhere will it be more poignant than on the streets of Cairo, where Egyptians look up to him like no one else.
But Liverpool's support from Egypt may not end with Salah's departure (let's hope that's in many years to come), there's actually another Egyptian already playing for the club.
And as a side note there could have been more if Liverpool decided to pursue a move for Omar Marmoush, who is sadly now lighting up the league in Manchester City colours.
But no matter because Marmoush is not the prince of Egypt, which is the sobriquet many have given him.
No, the prince of Egypt is playing for Liverpool.
He goes by the name of Kareem Ahmed and he was signed by the club when he was just six years old back in 2013. Incidentally, it's during the season Ahmed signed that Liverpool tried to sign Salah for the first time.
Back then Salah signed for Chelsea from FC Basel of course and the rest is history.
Ahmed has been developing in Liverpool's academy ever since. He's just turned 18-years-old now and he represents Egypt at U20 international level despite spending most of his childhood years growing up in Liverpool.
Ahmed is nothing like Mohamed Salah. It's important to preface this. He may have the locks that characterised Salah's first few years at the Reds and he has that diminutive stature that Salah has as well.
But other than that Ahmed is a different style of footballer. Nonetheless, he's still a very exciting prospect.
He can play on the wing, but he's best position is as a number 10. He's a playmaker who reads the game really well and who thrives at creating chances for his teammates.
For the U18s this season, Ahmed has averaged 0.84 goal contributions per 90 minutes. It's important to not understate how impressive that is.
Liverpool's U18 side are second from bottom in the U18 Premier League. They have been woeful. Yet Ahmed has been able to average almost close to a goal or assist every game he plays for them.
He's an efficient dribbler, too, who thrives in tight spaces. He averages close to four dribblers per 90 minutes and has a completion rate of 70%.
The one thing he has in common with Salah is that he's a brilliant assist-maker. In Liverpool's last win against Middlesbrough in the U18 Premier League, Ahmed registered a hat-trick of assists.
In years to come he will want to follow in Salah's footsteps and become the next Egyptian to play for Liverpool's first team.

Ahmed has all the potential in the world to get there. In some sense, he's Liverpool's next Salah and best of all he's cost the Reds nothing because he's one of their very own having come through the academy system.
