The Irishman didn't have much to do early on but some late reaction saves saw Liverpool claim their fourth clean sheet of the season. He filled in well for Alisson and was reliable when needed.

Trent Alexander-Arnold 8/10

Trent provided yet another assist, this time for Luis Diaz to put Liverpool 2-0 up, his 100th goal involvement for Liverpool in all competitions. He helped Liverpool to a clean sheet and managed the full 90 minutes.

Ibrahima Konate 8/10

Wow! Who knew Konate could pass like that? Some slightly questionable defending was outweighed by Konate's assist and his sensational long balls which caused the Cherries no end of trouble.

Virgil van Dijk 7/10

Van Dijk was solid for Liverpool, he led Liverpool to a composed victory and once again showed he is still at his best.

Andrew Robertson 7/10

Robertson was also solid, helping maintain a clean sheet and creating a few chances but not grabbing the headlines.

Ryan Gravenberch 8/10

Gravenberch continued his impressive form, although he may have been at fault if Bournemouth's goal hadn't been disallowed having given the ball away. He recovered well though and controlled the midfield well, proving once again that he deserves his spot in the Reds starting XI.

Alexis Mac Allister 7/10

Mac Allister was again impressive, completing some lovely long passes and dictating the tempo well in Liverpool's midfield. Slot will have no complaints about Mac Allister's performance.

Dominik Szoboszlai 8/10

Szoboszlai was everywhere for Liverpool today, despite being substituted after 60 minutes the Hungarian was impressive and once again covered loads of ground for the Reds.

Mohamed Salah 8/10

Salah provided the assist for Nunez's goal and looked comfortable throughout the match. The Egyptian King will be frustrated that he couldn't get on the score sheet but it was another good performance for Mo.

Luis Diaz 9/10

Two goals in two minutes saw Diaz as the standout performer for Liverpool. The Colombian came off for Cody Gakpo in the 72nd minute but he was impressive throughout. Slot will be hoping Diaz can keep this form up for the rest of the season.

Darwin Nunez 8/10

Nunez impressed on his return to Liverpool's starting XI, he scored a fantastic goal and will be looking to make the spot in the starting XI his own for the rest of the season. If Nunez had scored another goal like that, Diogo Jota will be sweating on the bench.

Substitutions

Curtis Jones 7/10

Jones looked solid and got a good 30 minutes under his belt, another decent cameo from the Liverpool academy product.

Federico Chiesa 8/10

A good Anfield debut for the Italian who was unlucky to not be involved in a goal after coming on, creating a number of chances. Reds will be hoping for more of the same from Chiesa.

Cody Gakpo 7/10

Although Gakpo didn't get on the score sheet he again looked impressive and proved he can be relied upon when needed by Slot.
