Man City are one step away from AGREEING future Mohamed Salah transfer
Manchester City are very close to one day completing a transfer for Mohamed Salah.
That is true. But it's not what you think.
The Mohamed Salah in question, isn't the Mohamed Salah we know and love at Liverpool.
To Liverpool supporters, there is only one Salah in the entire world and that is true, at least in the sense that there is no one like him when it comes to his footballing ability.
However, when it comes to the footballing world he is not alone.
There is another Mohamed Salah in the game who goes by the same name and who is getting nearer and nearer to moving to Manchester City in the future.

Who is the other Mohamed Salah?
Mohamed Salah's namesake plays for Lommel SK in Belgium. Incidentally, he is also a left-footed right-winger, but he is not from Egypt.
The other Mo Salah came through the ranks at Union SG and is a Belgium U20 youth international.
He's in great form this season with seven goal contributions from 10 matches in the league. Only 20 years old he is regarded as a top prospect in Belgium and someone who could have the potential to play in the senior national team in the future.
But not only that, Salah signed for Lommel this season and the club are part of The City Group's wide worldwide network of clubs.

Why the other Salah is just one step away from moving to Man City
Considering he was brought to the City Group last summer from Union SG, Salah has been earmarked as top-prospect and someone who could end up at Manchester City in the future.
That is the ultimate goal of the City Group and we've seen it come to fruition a few times over the years.
The best and most recent example is probably that of Savinho, who started out at the City Group's Troyes before eventually finding himself at another City Group owned club in Girona and earning himself a move to the Etihad last summer.
With Salah being at Lommel, he will always be just one step away from agreeing a transfer to Man City as well. In that network, it is that easy.

As long as he continues to catch the eye, a future move will always be on the cards.
As for the inevitable comparisons to Liverpool's Salah, The City Group's very own 'version' takes them all in good jest.
"It's nice that I share that name with him," Salah told Het Belang van Limburg.
"My friends always find it funny too. I once booked a table under my name and the restaurant owner almost got away with the Liverpool star coming to eat with him."
