Mo Salah contract: Players now being told of SURPRISE move
As a result of Liverpool's negligence, Mohamed Salah is at risk of leaving this season.
His contract is up in June and he now has every right to talk to rival clubs about a future move on a free transfer.

The Egyptian winger is without a doubt the most important asset in Arne Slot's team, with 37 goal contributions to his name already this season across all competitions.
Negotiations with Salah and his agent have been ongoing for a number of months now, although as he has made abundantly clear in his comments to the press, Liverpool are still a fair way off reaching an agreement to extend his contract.
As such, speculation has moved to the different clubs that he could join and while his most likely destination is Saudi Arabia, there are plenty of different teams in the region that are eyeing his signature.
Player told 'Salah will join you'
Egyptian news outlet Dostor is reporting that Al-Ettifaq have been negotiating with Ahmed Sayed Zizo from Zamalek, according to inside sources at the club.
Within the negotiations, details of a loan and a permanent offer are included, but in order to secure Zizo's services, a special surprise is also rumoured to have been promised.
The report claims that: "According to the source, Al-Ettifaq told Zizo during the negotiations they plan to bring in Mohamed Salah from Liverpool at the end of the current campaign.
"Al-Ettifaq's management informed Zizo of their intention to submit an official offer to sign Mohamed Salah for free at the end of the season when his contract with English club Liverpool expires."
The reliability and accuracy of this report is to be taken with a pinch of salt, as it seems hard to believe that Al-Ettifaq have the capability of signing Salah given how much his contract is touted to be.
In addition, the promise of further recruitment to a player can be a useful negotiating tool and any truth in the claim is to be doubted.
And while the prospect of Salah joining ex-Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard in Saudi Arabia is certainly an enticing prospect that the Egyptian would consider, the weight of the finances behind such a deal means the link is unlikely to come to fruition.
Meanwhile, Al-Hilal are another Saudi club that Salah has been linked to and they are owned by the state of Saudi Arabia - directly funded by the country's Public Investment Fund, so they would almost certainly have precedence over the winger, as they would have the financial capability of giving him what he wants.
Of course, Liverpool will still fancy their chances of keeping Salah on Merseyside and no formal move will occur until the summer, but now that he can make his own negotiations with clubs, the sheer amount of speculation over his future is unlikely to go down any time soon.
