Liverpool have revealed their starting XI for Jurgen Klopp's penultimate game in charge of the club against Aston Villa tonight.

Alisson starts between the sticks, with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez favoured in the full-back slots - the latter coming in for Andy Robertson.

Virgil van Dijk captains Liverpool once again, with young Jarell Quansah earning a third consecutive start at Villa Park.

The midfield trio is made up of Wataru Endo, Alexis Mac Allister and the in-form Harvey Elliott.

In attack, Mohamed Salah retains his spot on the right flank after scoring against Tottenham last time out, while Luis Diaz takes residence on the opposite side of the forward line.

Cody Gakpo leads the line following his goal and assist against Spurs, with Darwin Nunez only managing to make the bench.
