Liverpool FC Player Power Rankings: Gravenberch KNOCKED OFF top spot
We are ranking all members of the Liverpool first-team squad throughout the 2024-25 season with updates at the end of each matchday.
Liverpool came from behind to draw against Arsenal in a crucial Premier League encounter at the Emirates on Sunday.
Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah showcased their importance for the Reds once again with a goal apiece but the side struggled to contain Arsenal defensively, conceding goals to Bukayo Saka and Mikel Merino.
Here are our latest Liverpool FC Player Power Rankings after the draw in north London, with the previous rank for each player in brackets.
24. Harvey Elliott (24)
Edging closer to a return after an injury-ravaged start to the season. This NEEDS to be a big season for the emerging playmaker.

23. Tyler Morton (23)
Might be wishing the club either sold him or loaned him out last summer given his awesome potential and lack of minutes.
22. Vitezslav Jaros (22)
Jaros is Liverpool's third-choice goalkeeper this season and was called upon in Liverpool's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, where he maintained Liverpool's clean sheet, but hasn't been seen since.
21. Jarell Quansah (21)
Was given the starting shirt at the outset of the Premier League season having dislodged Ibrahima Konaté towards the end of the previous campaign.
A poor 45 minutes versus Ipswich saw him hauled off at half time and he's been waiting to get back in since.
20. Federico Chiesa (20)
Signed as a relief pitcher for Mohamed Salah but hasn't even been able to do that. This is getting towards crisis point for the Italian, who looks like he will be back in Serie A before long.
19. Joe Gomez (18)
Will only start on the rare occasion the first-choice defenders, and Jarell Quansah, cannot. Has been getting minutes due to Slot managing Trent Alexander-Arnold's injury.
18. Wataru Endo (19)
Got on the pitch for a few minutes against Arsenal but his stock remains low under Slot. A favourite of Jurgen Klopp, the Japan international captain will be sold sooner or later.
17. Conor Bradley (14)
A reliable as a deputy for Alexander-Arnold, even if the vice-captain doesn't always appreciate being replaced. Has been suffering a slight injury since the international break, curbing his progress.
16. Andy Robertson (12)
Unfortunately for Robbo, it appears that he is very much out of form these days. Let's hope he recovers his composure sooner or later.
15. Dominik Szoboszlai (13)
Contributed to chance creation in midweek against Leipzig but reverted to the bench for the game at the Emirates. Not the goals and assists machine his price tag suggests he should be.
14. Diogo Jota (11)
Can't seem to stay fit and is currently on the sidelines following a knock against Chelsea.
13. Curtis Jones (15)
Described as a 'supernova' by ex-Arsenal striker Ian Wright, Jones got into the starting XI again on Sunday. He struggled to make the same kind of impact he did against Chelsea but remains a strong presence.
12. Darwin Núñez (16)
Back in the team and back making an impact. He provided a selfless assist for Mo Salah on Sunday, emphasising the strong connection the pair have together.
11. Kostas Tsimikas (14)
The Greece defender has been a trusted member of the squad under Slot, with the new head coach opting to use him as an alternative to Andy Robertson, whose days as No.1 left back might well be numbered.
10. Caoimhín Kelleher (15)
Had a man-of-the-match performance against Leipzig in the Champions League, and kept his place for the game on Sunday. Not on the level of Alisson but not far off.
9. Alexis Mac Allister (8)
Had a good game midweek against Leipzig after coming back into the side following illness but blotted his copybook heading off on international duty with an injury concern. Poor against Arsenal.
8. Cody Gakpo (9)
Was arguably the best attacker against Leipzig and is challenging Luis Diaz for a starting place. Worked hard after coming on on Sunday.
7. Alisson Becker (7)
Quite simply put, he has been missing too many games and that spells danger for goalkeepers. He could be out for another TWO MONTHS following his injury against Crystal Palace.
6. Ibrahima Konaté (5)
He has been exceptional for the Reds this season, also adding goals to his game. Crucially, he is staying fit, enjoying a long, unbroken stretch in the team.
5. Luis Díaz (4)
Lost his place in the lineup against Leipzig midweek but played from the outset against Arsenal. Has not been at his electrifying best in the past few weeks following an outstanding start to the season.
4. Trent Alexander-Arnold (3)
Played one outstanding pass against Arsenal to give Liverpool a pathway towards a point. However, in the past couple of games he hasn't been as impactful.
3. Ryan Gravenberch (1)
Was outstanding against Leipzig midweek with his on-the-ball contributions. Hasn't done an awful lot wrong to lose his No.1 ranking but has been overtaken by two heavyweights.
2. Mohamed Salah (6)
Where would Liverpool be without his goals and assists? He has now added 15 goal contributions in 13 games this season. He is striking brilliance personified.
1. Virgil van Dijk (2)
Another HUGE goalscoring contribution against Arsenal at the weekend. Has been at his imperious best in recent weeks. A new contract remains away in the distance however.
