Spectacular winger is ready to join Liverpool right NOW
Liverpool have an exciting wonderkid who showed he is ready for the first team and should be given more opportunities.

Plymouth was a major indictment of some of the club's fringe players, most notably Luis Diaz, who really struggled to make any sort of meaningful impact while he was on the pitch.

The Colombian started the season in great form, even scored a hat-trick in the Champions League, but his goals have dried up and so has his impact.
On Sunday afternoon, all of that was blatantly obvious as Diaz struggled to win his duels and struggled to beat a resilient Plymouth defence.
In direct contrast to that, there was a young attacker who came on for the last few minutes who showed him how it's done.
Why Trent Kone-Doherty is ready for the first team
The young Irish winger came on for the last 15 minutes of the game, becoming the youngest Irishman to debut for Liverpool in the FA Cup at 18 years and seven months old.
But even in the few minutes spent on the pitch, Kone-Doherty outclassed Diaz. It's pretty remarkable to say but the young winger making his debut made more impact than the Reds' mega million star.
Immediately as he took to the pitch, Kone-Doherty was taking players on, passing in the right channels and creating space for his teammates.
He won one out of his one duels, completed 100% of his dribbles, just one less dribble than Diaz completed in more than 90 minutes as per FotMob. He also completed four out of five passes and one cross into the box - again that's one more completed cross than Diaz all game.
On that showing alone, Kone-Doherty exhibited the kind of class you want to see from a left-winger. He was direct and looking to make an impact.
Slot undoubtedly will have liked what he will have seen.
Competition is rife in the attacking department, but there is so much talent behind Liverpool's first team options ready to take their place.
Kone-Doherty is one of those talents. He deserves more time on the pitch and if Diaz continues to disappoint it should only be a matter of time until Slot gives the young teenager what he deserves.
Plymouth was a significant moment in Kone-Doherty's career and it will be undoubtedly the first of many appearances in a red shirt.
Kone-Doherty's impressive numbers at academy level
At U21 level, Kone-Doherty has averaged 4.41 dribbles per 90 so far this season and has completed 71.4% of his attempts as per Wyscout.
That highlights just how good he is at making an impact in those one vs one situations.
Averaging 0.32 goals per 90 is a little low for an attacker, but his xG is actually 0.41 and he gets 68.2% of his shots on target from 2.33 attempts per 90.
Doing all of that in an U21 side who are not in great form and have suffered some big defeats is really impressive. Kone-Doherty's underlying numbers would suggest he could be perfect for Slot's system.
