Liverpool star now set to STAY as real truth finally comes to light
It's all good news on the contract front for Liverpool as another star is now set to stay at the club and be offered a new extension.
Mohamed Salah made a massive commitment to the club last week as he agreed a new two year contract extension ending months of speculation.

Virgil van Dijk is expected to follow suit of Salah in the coming weeks but it's important to mention that they were not the only players whose futures were up in the air.
Another star who has an expiring contract is Trent Alexander-Arnold. There are yet to be any real positive news about the right-back who looks more likely to join Real Madrid at this stage.
But Liverpool fans will try to remain some faith until that move becomes official. There is a small glimmer of hope that Alexander-Arnold could do a complete u-turn, just like Steven Gerrard did in 2004 and 2005 when he was pursued by the likes of Chelsea and Real Madrid.
Whether that happens remains to be seen but one player who is almost guaranteed to stay at the club is Vitezslav Jaros.

Vitezslav Jaros contract truth comes to light
Many sites have claimed that the Czech goalkeeper's contract expires at the end of this season. However, Liverpool ECHO have revealed the real truth in their latest report.
The ECHO writes that Jaros actually signed an extension at Liverpool when he moved on loan to Sturm Graz last season, which means his contract is valid until next season and does not expire this summer.
The report also claims that Liverpool are going to offer Jaros a new deal in order to reward him for his good work and to entice him to stay beyond his current term.
Jaros hasn't really been involved in a lot of games this season.
He's very much the club's third choice goalkeeper behind Caoimhin Kelleher and Alisson.
Although in the rare fleeting moments that he has played for Liverpool he showcased his quality. Jaros was brilliant in between the sticks against Brighton in the League Cup earlier on in the season.
He also stepped up when he needed to against Crystal Palace in the Premier League, making a brief appearance as a substitute for Alisson in the absence of Kelleher.
Jaros only played about fifteen minutes in that game, but he made a few crucial saves in order to secure the victory for Liverpool.
The Czech goalkeeper is set to turn 24-years-old this summer and after years of service at Liverpool he does count as a homegrown player in the squad.
Clearly, while not playing a lot of minutes the Reds see him as a valuable member of the team and it looks like they are planning with him for the long-term future even with the imminent arrival of Giorgi Mamardashvili, who is going to shake-up the goalkeeping pecking order even more.
Whether Jaros himself is up for that challenge and willing to commit to a new deal remains to be seen. It is expected that he will remain at the club as per the above report.

But long-term beyond next season, it's hard to see Jaros still at the club post 2026, unless something drastic happens.
