Liverpool FC News: Trent Alexander-Arnold jets out as permission granted for shock departure
There's a lot of talks about Trent Alexander-Arnold's contract extension at Liverpool.
Within just two weeks, the right-back will be free to negotiate a deal with Real Madrid to leave the Reds at the end of the season.

It would be a shock move considering the 26-year-old has been at the club since he was nine years old and has been a loyal servant for the Reds.
There's still optimism that Liverpool will be able to convince him to renew his current deal but time is running out for the club and soon it could be completely out of Richard Hughes' hands.
In the meantime, though, Alexander-Arnold is enjoying his football at the club and his downtime as well.
Alexander-Arnold makes surprise getaway from Liverpool
Alexander-Arnold featured in Liverpool's frustrating draw with Fulham at Anfield on Saturday but he is not likely to be involved in the Reds' trip to Southampton tonight.
That is because Alexander-Arnold and some of the club's other key players have been granted permission to leave the club and take a couple of days off.
On Monday, this led Alexander-Arnold to jet out to Monaco with his girlfriend for a family event according to Liverpool fan site Pool Baratok.
The Liverpool right-back was spotted by a supporter of the club, who runs a chimney cake stall in the Christmas market called Brioche Hongroise and took no time to snap a picture with Alexander-Arnold
The post also reveals Alexander-Arnold purchased some chimney cake from the stall, which is a Hungarian delicacy.
The stall's owner claims that the Liverpool star preferred the cinnamon flavoured one the best.
Perhaps that's something Alexander-Arnold will confer with the club's Hungarian midfielder, Dominik Szoboszlai, about when he returns to the club.
For now, though, Liverpool will be hoping the added break will have given him renewed energy ahead of what is going to be a tough Christmas period.
On and off the pitch, with Liverpool hoping to tie him down to a contract extension at last.
