Red Bull are celebrating the arrival of a Jurgen Klopp favourite as their link-up with Liverpool continues.

Takumi Minamino was signed from a Red Bull team, too - Red Bull Salzburg. Naby Keita is another who joined from Red Bull, this time RB Leipzig again.

Last summer saw an interesting one as Pep Lijnders left became head coach at Salzburg, fresh after leaving Liverpool with Jurgen Klopp. He quickly signed Bobby Clark from the Reds, as well as grabbing Stefan Bajcetic on loan.

But 'the big one' happened this season as Klopp joined Red Bull to help oversee their football projects. That was a shock to all of football, especially with the reputation of each (particularly in Germany) clashing greatly.

Well, now there's yet another who's swapped between the two clubs.

EXCLUSIVE: Liverpool ENTER Hugo Ekitike talks

Peter Krawietz joins RB Leipzig

Neither Leipzig nor Salzburg have enjoyed a good season. Both, in fact, have changed their head coach, with Lijnders not lasting long at all in Austria.

Leipzig parted ways with Marco Rose, too - Zsolt Low has taken over for the remainder of the campaign there.

Immediately, Low has brought in a former Liverpool man as former Klopp assistant Peter Krawietz has joined. He may only stick around for this season but Leipzig are already impressed with his impact.

In particular, Low has enjoyed Krawietz work on set-pieces.

"He is an absolute specialist and expert for this," he said this week ahead of Leipzig hosting Hoffenheim on Saturday. And his words proved to be prophetic.

Leipzig won the fixture 3-1 with Benjamin Sesko scoring their first goal from a corner. Exactly what the new coach was hoping for, then.

We'll see how this one goes because the 'Liverpool' project with Red Bull has actually been a disaster so far this season. Krawietz, though, has had an immediate impact and maybe he's the one to reverse the trend.
