Liverpool FINALISE new arrival as Arne Slot gets his man
Liverpool have a new arrival on the way as Arne Slot gets the Feyenoord reunion he was looking for at Anfield.
Feyenoord site 1908.nl report that video analyst Roderick van der Ham will leave the Rotterdam club and join Liverpool. Van der Ham was been with Feyenoord for a little over two years, having worked extensively alongside Arne Slot.
It marks the third time that Slot has moved to bring in a familiar face from Feyenoord. Sipke Hulshoff and Ruben Peeters also moved to Anfield this year.

Hulshoff, in particular, has a growing reputation. The Athletic recently called him 'vital' to what Slot does at Liverpool - we'll be hoping for a similar impact from Van der Ham.
That quartet won the Eredivisie (2023) and the KNVB Cup (2024) together, with Slot plainly believing that he can recreate similar success with the same backroom team.
Liverpool poach Van der Ham
There was a time when maybe we'd be a little worried to see so many faces all come from Feyenoord at once. After all, the jump up from the Eredivisie to the top of the Premier League feels more and more mammoth.
But Slot's start has put any doubts to rest. He's made an immediate impact, not just with his results but with a visible change in the team.
His work with Ryan Gravenberch and Luis Diaz has been extraordinary in such a small amount of time. Both players are transformed under his coaching - the 'jump up' hasn't been a problem.
So the more the merrier! Slot's methods clearly work at Liverpool and it makes sense to give him a similar team to the one he also made work at Feyenoord. It's all translating to the higher level.
Maybe this isn't the last we see of the Feyenoord to Liverpool pathway. We're only really missing a player at this point...
