Liverpool falling short in bid to sign attacking talent on deadline day
Liverpool are said to be currently falling short with their bid to sign Fabio Carvalho before the end of the transfer window later on today.
The Reds signed Luis Diaz over the weekend and are now making a late play to bring in Carvalho from Fulham.
As yet, though, the Cottagers are apparently not happy with the offer on the table:

There's still time for this deal to be done but it remains to be seen what happens next.
He is a talented player and lots of clubs will be interested in him right now.
His contract is up in the summer, and Liverpool are trying to avoid a tribunal in making it happen this month.
