Liverpool teammate reveals strange Mohamed Salah DEMAND
Mohamed Salah is known for his relentless pursuit of perfection on the pitch. Now, a recent revelation from one of his teammates has shed light on his latest demand off it.
Arne Slot couldn't have made a more impressive start to life on Merseyside. The Liverpool head coach has now won 11 of his first 12 matches in charge, marking the best start to a season in the club's history.
While Slot deserves significant praise for this achievement, the first-team squad also deserves some recognition. The players have embraced the Dutchman’s ideas and worked tirelessly to implement his vision.
As usual, Salah has been one of the driving forces behind this success. Despite ongoing speculation about his future, The Egyptian star has started the season in outstanding form, continuing to lead by example.

Curtis Jones reveals Salah demand
According to Curtis Jones, Salah has been demonstrating his leadership in a different way by having a new demand at Liverpool’s training ground.
Speaking to LFCTV, Jones says that Salah has demanded a new rule to be implemented to get him and his teammates talking more at training.
After Liverpool installed a new coffee bar at AXA, which has become a popular spot for players to relax and bond off the pitch, Jones was asked what goes on there.
“That’s the new place where everyone’s just chilling,” said the 23-year-old. “We’ve made like a little group now. You’re always either going to see me, Dom [Szoboszlai], Kostas [Tsimikas] and Mo, that’s our little four.
“We’ve now got this little thing where we’re not allowed on our phones when we’re there having coffee. It’s Mo who’s brought in the rule."
Salah demonstrates strong leadership skills
“If we’re inside there and I’m on the phone, Mo will tell Dom ‘will you text him and tell him that we’re here and we want to have a conversation with him’. In other words, get off your phone! Why are you always on your phone?” added Jones.
Salah's latest demand speaks volumes about his character.
Being older than teammates like Jones and Szoboszlai, he serves as a throwback to the older era of football culture, before the rise of smartphones in dressing rooms.
Although to the new generation of players coming through who grew up on their phones, this may seem like a strange demand, this was very much the norm back in Salah's heyday.
He clearly values sitting down and having conversations with his teammates, and his experience and wisdom are sure to have a positive influence on them.
This also shows another crucial aspect of what Liverpool risks losing next season if they don’t secure Salah with a new contract - his leadership, presence, and ability to inspire the next generation, both on and off the pitch.
