Slot’s side are FOUR points clear of Chelsea with one game in hand and head into Christmas top of the Premier League table. As things stand Liverpool are heavy favourites to lift the title and are in contention for the EFL Cup and the Champions League too.
Liverpool's latest success came on Sunday where Slot's Reds DEMOLISHED Spurs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
And not only is Slot making waves as new head coach, he has also been demonstrating his incredible generosity.
Arne Slot donates signed Liverpool shirt
Slot made a surprise appearance on 3FM Serious Request for Dutch radio on Monday. Funds are being raised by the station for the Metakids charity and Slot was happy to make a wonderful contribution.
"I've offered a signed Liverpool shirt, with all signatures from players and myself. People are currently bidding on it," Slot told radio hosts Sophie Hijikema and Barend van Deelen.
Liverpool fans are now finding out why Feyenoord fans were so taken with Slot during his three years in charge at De Kuip, where he won the Eredivisie title, the KNVB Beker and the Johan Cruyff Shield.
The 46-year-old’s ties with Feyenoord are still strong despite his new association with Liverpool. And that was proven again when the tactician made his song request after his donation.
After concluding his conversation, Slot requested a song that holds a place in all Feyenoord fans’ hearts.
Nobody Said It Was Easy by Evil Acitivies has become renowned as Feyenoord’s anthem over the past few years, being sung inside De Kuip by supporters.
"At the end of the year, you always look back at what you've experienced. I had three fantastic seasons at Feyenoord, so I thought it appropriate to choose a song that was always played at Feyenoord before we went inside," he said.
