Arne Slot promotes TWO Liverpool wonderkids to first team
Liverpool boast some incredible talent in the academy ranks and there are signs that first-team coach Arne Slot is ready to use some of it soon.
The Reds have had success in producing first-team quality players in the shape of Caoimhin Kelleher, Conor Bradley and Harvey Elliott in recent seasons with several more enjoying spells on loan this season.

But are we going to see Premier League debuts for two young stars before long?
Morrison and Ngumoha in first-team colours
Maybe the club’s in-house media channels have given an unintentional clue. When Liverpool returned to training on Thursday following the Merseyside Derby win against Everton on Wednesday night, the first-team squad were all pictured in white tops.
The under-21s by contrast were wearing darker coloured tops at the AXA Training Centre. All but two players, that is.
Kieran Morrison and Rio Ngumoha were pictured among their under-21 teammates on the Liverpool social media channels but both were wearing the white tops reserved for the first team.

Neither man appeared in the actual training footage, incidentally, with the focus going to the other youngsters present instead. Could it mean a first Premier League game is in the offing?
Ngumoha and Morrison in and around the first team
Morrison, 18, has appeared on the first-team bench this season - against PSV in the Champions League - and is eagerly awaiting his senior debut.
There were suggestions earlier this week that the attacker could find himself SOLD this summer but some fans are certainly eager to see him get some minutes next season instead.
Ngumoha, 16, has been sensational for the youth and underage sides since arriving in a controversial deal from Chelsea last summer.
He was also in electric form in a recent England under-17 international game against Northern Ireland. He has played first-team football for the Reds already, starting the FA Cup third-round victory over Accrington at Anfield.
Premier League debut in the offing?
The left-winger has also appeared on the bench for first-team fixtures against Southampton in the EFL Cup and in the FA Cup fourth-round defeat to Plymouth.

How long will it be before we see the promising pair grace a Premier League ground?
Maybe Sunday against Fulham at Craven Cottage might come too soon but it is a testament to their ability and hard work that Arne Slot is already willing to summon them to train with his cast of stars.
