Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing German international

Liverpool are interested in signing RB Salzburg forward Karim Adeyemi, according to publication Laola1, as cited by LFC Transfer Room's Twitter account.

The report states that the Reds are seriously considering making a move for the German international. Adeyemi's contract expires in the summer of 2024.

The 19-year-old possesses a current market value of €20 million.

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT

Adeyemi is a promising footballer. The striker has scored 24 goals and registered 17 assists in 68 appearances for RB Salzburg.

Ademeyi is also averaging a WhoScored player rating of 7.58 in the early stages of the 2021-22 Champions League campaign.

The aforementioned figures highlight that the German international is a capable senior footballer.

Due to Adeyemi's age, it would be fair to assume that he still has plenty of room left for improvement.
