Liverpool are reportedly interested in a La Liga winger valued at €25 million
Liverpool are interested in Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma, according to the Echo, as cited by Anfield Watch's Twitter account.
The report states that the Reds have been impressed with the 24-year-old's performances throughout the 2021-22 Champions League campaign.
Danjuma scored four goals and registered one assist during the group stages.
The Netherlands international's contract expires in the summer of 2026. Transfermarkt value Danjuma at €25 million.
ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT
As we have already pointed out, Danjuma is a good player. To succeed in Europe's elite competition, you have to possess talent.
Therefore, we would love to see Liverpool make a move for Danjuma at some stage. Due to the forward's age, he still has plenty of room left for improvement.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has a track record of improving players. With that being the case, we believe that Danjuma would improve quickly if he worked with the German.
Only time will tell if Liverpool are genuinely interested in Danjuma.
