Slot hailed for Gravenberch transformation
Liverpool have started the season excellently and new head coach Arne Slot already has his side competing at the top of the Premier League table.
One of the standout performers of the Reds campaign so far has been Ryan Gravenberch, who has been a mainstay in Slot’s starting XI.

Salzburg fans abandon Pep Lijnders
Who would have thought that Jurgen Klopp and Pep Lijnders would be reunited so soon, especially under the Red Bull brand as Head of Football and Red Bull Salzburg manager respectively?
The former Liverpool manager and his trusted assistant both left Merseyside during the summer – Klopp for a break and Lijnders to dip his toe back into first team management in Austria.
The pair worked so successfully together at Liverpool that it made sense for Red Bull to want to bring them both into the fold, albeit in different roles to where they previously worked.
While Klopp will be starting his new role on January 1st 2025, there is an increasing chance that Lijnders won't be around to welcome him to the company.

Slot ready to unleash new Thiago
Liverpool listened to bids for promising midfielder Tyler Morton over the summer with a reported price tag of £20 million being mooted.
For a player untested at the top level - aside from a short run of games three years ago under Jurgen Klopp - it might have appeared a hefty fee to some.
However the calibre of clubs linked to the homegrown Red should give some indication as to his awesome potential. Bayer Leverkusen - German champions and helmed by Morton’s idol Xabi Alonso, RB Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt were among the Bundesliga sides linked with his signature.
Elsewhere, Atalanta and a host of Championship teams were also rumoured to be interested in the midfielder, who turns 22 today.

Why fans should be excited by Ngumoha
Liverpool have a really exciting talent coming through the ranks in Rio Ngumoha.
The 16-year-old only arrived from Chelsea in the summer, but he's already being regarded as one of the best young prospects at the club.
Ngumoha has immediately caught the eye with his dazzling dribbles and his ability to make an impact in the final third.
He's already broken a longstanding record held by Trent Alexander-Arnold and has trained with Arne Slot's first team.
It's still early days and his talent is raw, but the potential is there for all to see.
Ngumoha definitely has the ability to one day earn a promotion to Slot's first team squad on a permanent basis, and the world is his canvas from there.

Saudi decision could ruin Liverpool bid
Liverpool have had plenty of success under current owners Fenway Sports Group but this hasn’t stopped rumours of a potential Saudi takeover from swirling.
Earlier in October it was reported that Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) were keen on continuing their expansion into football, potentially with the acquisition of a top Premier League team.
The PIF currently own Newcastle United, but a recent report from The Independent claims they could be looking to invest in a ‘bigger’ club, with Liverpool, Chelsea and Barcelona mentioned.
Now it is being reported that the PIF are looking to cut back on international investments, focussing instead on domestic projects and the domestic economy.
