Jurgen Klopp has USHERED IN the new Arne Slot era at Liverpool by leading Anfield in a chant for the incoming head coach.
Klopp, 56, oversaw his final Liverpool game as manager on Sunday afternoon as the Reds easily disposed of Wolves, 2-0, at a sun-baked Anfield.
“Arne Slot, la-la-la-la-la!” bellowed the outgoing Liverpool boss, surely a first time in Premier League history that one manager has sung the name of his successor.

An emotional Jurgen Klopp appeared on the verge of tears as one last Anfield rendition of You’ll Never Walk Alone brought the curtain down on his Liverpool era.
Sunday, May 19 2024 marks the end of Jurgen Klopp’s tenure as Reds manager, a role he started in October 2015.
Dubbing himself the Normal One he urged doubters to become believers and how he’s delivered on that throughout his eight and a half years in charge.

MAC ALLISTER SHINES - PLAYER RATINGS
Alexis Mac Allister delivered another imperious performance in the heart of Liverpool's midfield as the Reds downed Wolves at Anfield. He opened the scoring and did plenty more besides.
Elsewhere there were good displays from Andy Robertson and Cody Gakpo and Jarell Quansah scored the last-ever goal of the Jurgen Klopp era.

FEYENOORD SAY GOODBYE TO SLOT
Feyenoord have bid a final goodbye to Arne Slot as the Dutchman prepares succeed Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.
Whilst there has not yet been an official statement from the Reds regarding the appointment of Slot to replace the legendary German at the helm, the Dutchman has already revealed that he is making the move to Merseyside.
"I can confirm that I will become the coach there next season," he said when speaking in his final pre-match press conference in charge of the Eredivisie outfit earlier in the week.
ULLA BREAKS ANFIELD HEARTS
Heartstrings were being tugged left, right and centre at Anfield and it was the sight of Jurgen Klopp’s wife, Ulla Sandrock, which tipped many Liverpool fans overboard by the end.
Ulla was pictured wiping a tear from her eye as the city paid tribute, later being seen waving her “You’ll Never Walk Alone” scarf proudly above her head.
She was also captured on camera as Liverpool fans paid their famous musical tribute to Klopp in the form of an adapted Beatles number.
