Jurgen Klopp gives cheeky two-word answer on Man City vs Arsenal title clash
Jurgen Klopp has given a snappy two-word response to any questions surrounding how he feels about Sunday afternoon's title clash between Arsenal and Manchester City.
Klopp's Liverpool got the job done against Brighton earlier in the day, coming from behind to beat the Seagulls 2-1 thanks to goals from Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah.
Attention has now turned to the Etihad, where close title rivals City and Arsenal clash in what could prove pivotal in the race for the crown.
Fans have been divided on which result would be best for Liverpool's title aspirations - and Klopp, not wishing to get embroiled in the debate, has chosen an outcome that likely won't come to fruition.
After seeing his side defeat Brighton on Merseyside, Klopp was asked by Sky Sports what result he is hoping for between Arsenal and City. The German jokingly replied, "Both losing".
The win at Anfield took Liverpool to the top of the Premier League, sitting three points ahead of Arsenal and four ahead of City going into the clash at the Etihad.
This is destined to change, however, with at least one of the two sides set to close the gap come full-time.
Nevertheless, Liverpool will love the prospect of one, or perhaps both of their title rivals dropping points at the beginning of the Premier League title run-in.
