Jurgen Klopp delivers Arsenal verdict ahead of EFL Cup clash
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has delivered his verdict on Arsenal and the job that Mikel Arteta has done there, saying that the Gunners have improved since the two sides last met.
The Reds and the men from the Emirates meet tomorrow night in the first leg of the EFL Cup semi-final with Anfield hosting the occasion.
The second leg, meanwhile, will be played in north London next week and the hope will be that the Reds have an advantage to take into that game.
That said, the Reds' boss Jurgen Klopp is expecting a tight match with Mikel Arteta's men:#
"They are in a really good place. Mikel is doing an excellent job there. It's really exciting to watch - they have a good setup and a clear idea so I think they have improved a lot between the last time we played them. A tricky draw."
Anfield Watch Verdict
Arteta has drawn criticism from some sections of the Arsenal support in recent times but it is clear that he is a manager that has his ideas and is sticking to them.
Indeed, you can see what he is trying to do with Arsenal and they look a better side than they have in the recent past.
Hopefully, though, Liverpool still have enough to beat them over the two legs.
