Jurgen Klopp reached a rare Premier League milestone on Wednesday, while also setting a new Liverpool record. The success just keeps on coming.

Liverpool beat Chelsea on Wednesday with a fine performance at Anfield. Diogo Jota, Conor Bradley, Dominik Szoboszlai and Luis Diaz got the goals - and it could have been so much more.

Darwin Nunez, for one, broke a Premier League record as he hit the woodwork four times in one game. The Reds really could have smashed Chelsea but will have to settle for merely a really solid win.

Jurgen Klopp was thrilled after the game, as you'd expect, and the boss also made some history. This was Klopp's 200th win in the Premier League - only the third manager to reach that milestone.

Klopp is the second-fastest to reach the mark, too, with only Pep Guardiola having done it in fewer games. The German managed it in 318 games, the Spaniard in a ridiculous 269.

Liverpool's boss has done it four games faster than Alex Ferguson and six faster than Jose Mourinho, putting him firmly in the bracket of the all-time Premier League greats.

Klopp is also just the fourth manager in Liverpool's history to win 200 league games. The first to do it was Tom Watson, who managed Liverpool from 1896 until his death in 1915. He remains the club's longest-serving manager, as well as the man who delivered the club's first two league titles.

The other two are far more familiar names - Bill Shankly and Bob Paisley. Essentially, Klopp has put himself in the company of the most important managers in Liverpool's history.

The current boss has also reached 200 faster than any of the others. It took Watson 434 games, Shankly 378 and Paisley 355. Though, it should be noted that Klopp is the first to do this in the '3 points for a win' era, where teams are far more inclined to push for wins rather than draws.

Regardless, Klopp has achieved something incredible once again. An all-time great - now it's time to go out with a bang.
