Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson's move to Al Ettifaq is set to be confirmed imminently, while a glimpse of the midfielder filming a possible 'goodbye' video has leaked on social media.

33-year-old Henderson is set to join the Saudi Pro League side in a £12m deal, and was left out of Liverpool's pre-season camp in Germany last week.

Any lingering doubt about whether the move will happen seems to have dissipated, with reports suggesting the club captain has completed a medical and said his goodbyes to teammates ahead of his transfer.

Additionally, footage and images appearing to show the England international filming at Anfield on Tuesday have given cause to believe a 'goodbye' video to the fans is also about to be dropped.

Twitter user @FPLJL_ posted a video in which a figure supposed to be Henderson is walking around the Anfield turf with a videographer.

Other videos have also appeared online, with @lois_11 posting something similar of the England international.

Perhaps the clearest footage, posted by @AlexHLFC, shows Henderson sitting next to someone editing a video.

Henderson has been locked in talks to reunite with Steven Gerrard at Al Ettifaq for nearly two weeks now and is finally set to get his wish, with Fabrizio Romano confirming on Wednesday that the deal is now 'on the verge'.

While Liverpool are set to receive a fee of around £12m including add-ons for their captain, Henderson is set to earn £350,000 per week, tax-free.

Meanwhile, Fabinho's move to fellow Saudi Pro League club Al-Ittifaq reportedly hangs in the balance. According to reports, the Brazilian midfielder's £40m transfer has stalled, although all parties remain committed to getting the deal over the line.

Time will tell if Fabinho follows Henderson to Saudi Arabia, but Liverpool are already in the market for a midfielder as they remain locked in talks to sign Southampton's Romeo Lavia. David Ornstein revealed yesterday that the Reds had an initial offer worth £37m turned down, with the Saints demanding £50m for the ex-Manchester City man.

However, with Lavia already agreeing personal terms with the club, there's a growing belief that Liverpool will succeed with an improved offer for the 19-year-old.
