It’s officially time to get EXCITED about Milos Kerkez to Liverpool
Milos Kerkez to Liverpool appears to be on and it's time to get excited.
Liverpool will be in the market for a new left-back this summer. The Reds have stuck with Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas for the last five years but it appears this will be the last season.

It's thought that Tsimikas will essentially be replaced. The Greek left-back has been a good squad player but failed to break Andy Robertson's monopoly on the position.
Robertson, on the other hand, is starting to show signs of decline. He's no longer in the running to be the world's best left-back - even if he's still the starting left-back for the Premier League leaders.
But he turns 31 next week and will enter the final year of his deal this summer. It's time to look to the future and for the player who can replace Robertson as the first-choice left-back.
That won't be Tsimikas - that seems pretty clear at this stage. And who it could be just took a real step forward.

Milos Kerkez to Liverpool
Milos Kerkez looks nailed on to leave Bournemouth this summer. Fabrizio Romano is one of those pushing that narrative.
“The decision of Milos Kerkez is very clear," Romano told his YouTube channel. "[He’s] looking for a top club for the summer transfer window. He’s very respectful with Bournemouth, fully focused on the pitch.
“His performances have been excellent this season, but in the summer he’s expected to be one of the players on the way out, because there are many clubs interested in Milos Kerkez.

“Liverpool are tracking the player. Liverpool have been monitoring the player and Milos Kerkez will be in the list of several clubs including – but not only – Liverpool. For sure, (he) will be one to watch in the summer transfer window.”
The Telegraph also suggests Kerkez could move this summer. They've also slapped a price-tag on him: £40m.
Now, for us, that feels low. Liverpool will almost certainly bid for Kerkez if that's truly Bournemouth's asking price as it's easy to justify - they'd struggle to find a better bet at left-back.
Kerkez, after all, is still only 21 and is about to finish his second full Premier League season. There aren't many young full-backs operating at that level and Liverpool will view him as someone with enormous potential.
He's got an incredible engine, he's got the experience and he can deliver going forward. There's a lot other work with and Kerkez feels like a talent worth investing in.
Now, he's not the only option at left-back but he may be the best. Anfield Watch exclusively revealed back in November that Liverpool had started initial talks over a move and now everything is shaping itself in that direction.
We think it might be time to get excited about this one.
