Jurgen Klopp has spoken about Tottenham and the threats they will pose ahead of Saturday's game at Anfield.

Speaking in his pre-Tottenham press conference, as cited by Anfield Watch's Twitter account, Klopp explained what his side will have to do on Saturday to beat Antonio Conte's Spurs side.

"It's a massive test. It will be difficult," said Klopp. "All teams fight for everything but Spurs have massive quality. They defend compact, they have some of the best counter-attacking players in the world. We have to find solutions and I am looking forward to it.

"They have so much quality. Harry Kane - what a player. He fits into their idea extremely well. They have a big understanding. It's probably the biggest challenge in terms of protection we've faced in a long time.

"We have to find a way to keep them calm as often as possible because it will not be possible all of the time."

Anfield Watch Verdict

This game is going to be massive in regards to the Premier League title race and the top four race.

Both races are set to go down to the wire with Liverpool being just one point behind Manchester City and Arsenal and Spurs still yet to play each other.

If Liverpool lose on Saturday then it most likely ends the quadruple hopes that so many of us have. If Spurs lose tomorrow then they would need to rely on North London rivals, Arsenal, to have a complete meltdown in the final four games of the season.

However, the odds are still in Liverpool's favour going into this game. Spurs have only won one of their last three games, meanwhile, Klopp's side have won 13 of their last 14 Premier League games.

The Liverpool players will be on a massive high after securing their place in the Champions League final on Tuesday. So, it's going to be a massive uphill battle for Conte's side tomorrow.
