"I’m sure they will be worried" - Reporter on Liverpool's interest in Jude Bellingham

Reporter Dharmesh Sheth has made it clear that Liverpool are interested in Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.

The Reds have been linked with a move for the 19-year-old for quite some time.

However, Sheth further added that Liverpool will be concerned about Manchester City potentially making a move for Bellingham.

He told GIVEMESPORT the following: “Money will talk and, come next summer, Liverpool 100% will be interested in signing him.

“But I’m sure they will be worried if Erling Haaland has been in Jude Bellingham’s ear to say, ‘City is the place for you and not anywhere else in Europe’.”

Haaland and Bellingham played together at Borussia Dortmund between 2020-22. So, the Manchester City forward could get in the ear of the midfielder.

The Citizens are an attractive club to play for. Manchester City have won four of the past five Premier League titles.

With that being the case, they compete in the Champions League on a consistent basis. If Manchester City do make a move for Bellingham in the near future, it might be difficult for him to say no to the Sky Blues.

But, Liverpool are a huge club. The Reds should believe that they can land Bellingham. It is common knowledge that he is one of the most exciting midfield prospects in the game.

Bellingham would be a serious player for Liverpool. However, only time will tell if they Reds and the youngster are to link up.
