How to watch Liverpool vs West Ham on TV

Liverpool host West Ham at Anfield on Sunday afternoon in the Reds' return to Premier League action.

However, fans in the UK will be unable to watch the clash on TV - despite the game being outside of the Saturday 3pm blackout slot.

This is due to the fact the game was originally pencilled in as a 3pm kick-off - only to be moved due to Liverpool's Europa League commitments.

Games selected to play during the blackout period cannot be shown on TV, even if they are rescheduled - leaving Liverpool without TV coverage for their clash with the Hammers.

Liverpool's match coincides with the North London derby, with both games kicking off at 2pm, and for obvious reasons, the latter has been selected for coverage on Sky Sports.

Meanwhile, Sheffield United's matchup with Newcastle has been awarded the 4:30pm start time and will be the late game broadcasted on Sky.

The lack of live coverage won't be an issue for Reds fans residing in the Untied States, however, with the game being available to stream on Peacock.

The majority of supporters, though, will have to wait until after the final whistle to catch the highlights, which will be posted on Liverpool's official YouTube channel.

To keep up with the game, stay tuned to Anfield Watch's social channels, where play-by-play coverage will be provided.
