Liverpool will start 2024 with a tantalising clash against Newcastle United on New Year's Day in the Premier League.

The Reds currently find themselves top of the Premier League table after Arsenal stumbled to a 2-0 home defeat against West Ham United on Thursday evening, Jurgen Klopp's side having enjoyed an incredibly promising first half of the 2023/24 campaign.

Newcastle arrive at Anfield next Monday in dire straits having lost six of their last seven games in all competitions, only managing a victory against ten-man Fulham in early December.

The Magpies haven't beaten Liverpool in their last 14 meetings, while also having not tasted victory at Anfield since a League Cup triumph in 1995.

All things considered, the Reds, who have already beaten Newcastle this season, should pick up all three points against Eddie Howe's injury-hit side, but the Premier League is seldom that simple to predict.

Here is how you can catch Liverpool vs Newcastle on TV.

HOW TO WATCH LIVERPOOL VS NEWCASTLE ON TV

Liverpool's first match of 2024 will be broadcast live on TV, even if plenty of viewers will be too hungover from New Year's Eve to fully enjoy the fixture.

In Canada and Australia, audiences will be able to tune in to Monday's offering via fuboTV and Optus Sport respectively, while Star+ and ESPN will share duties in much of South and Central America.

In Europe, the game will be shown on a wide array of platforms depending on country, but the big broadcasters are DAZN, Viaplay, Sky Sports and Canal+.

beIN Sports will show the match in large parts of Asia, while SuperSport are the major providers in much of Africa.

Of course, match highlights will be available after the full-time whistle on LFCTV, while you can keep up to date with the action on the Anfield Watch socials.
