Speaking to the press after the , Jurgen Klopp was full of praise for Graham Potter. And that comes as no surprise. Potter is a top manager, who has taken Brighton to new heights. Even when the results weren’t going his way at times, it was clear that he was improving Brighton on the pitch, which makes it all the more satisfying for the fans to see the results now improving.

The Seagulls sit as high as seventh in the Premier League - just one point off the top four - and competing with the very best. Added on to that is the fact that only Chelsea and Liverpool have lost less games this season with 10 fixtures already played. It is no wonder Brighton gave the Reds one of their sternest tests.
