€36m forward is BEGGING for Liverpool to sign him
Liverpool will be looking to add another forward to their ranks and a €45m rated star makes the most sense after his latest comments.
It's clear Liverpool will be in the market for an attacker. Darwin Nunez may have revived his status with a late brace against Brentford, but the Reds are still open to selling him in the summer.

Anfield Watch revealed the Uruguayan has interest from Saudi Arabia and for the right bid Liverpool would be willing to part ways.
On top of Nunez, the volatile nature of Diogo Jota's fitness with the Portuguese missing a significant chunk of the season yet again, it means Liverpool need another addition to Arne Slot's squad.
And who better than a forward who is available on a free transfer despite his massive valuation and who Liverpool have wanted to sign in the past when Michael Edwards was at the helm.
Jonathan David sends come and get me plea to Liverpool
The Canadian forward was someone Liverpool liked back in his Gent days in Belgium.
Back in 2020, The Express reported that Michael Edwards was a fan of the player and that Liverpool were interested.
The Athletic confirmed that information back in 2020, as well, revealing that David was on the shortlist at Anfield.
Since then, the Canadian has continued to be linked with Liverpool and on Tuesday night at Anfield he showed just why a move would make sense for him.
David took his goal with a lot of composure at Anfield, stretching his tally to 25 goal contributions for this season in all competitions for Lille.
He then went onto sing Liverpool's praises in an interview with Amazon Prime:
"I think they [Liverpool] might be the best team in the world at the moment," David admitted.
Those will be music to the club's recruitment team. It's clear that David has an admiration for Liverpool and the feeling is mutual based on the perpetual link.
It's even more music to Liverpool's ears because this year is the time to get the Canadian. David's contract expires at the end of the season and he will be available on a free transfer despite his €35.8m valuation by Football Transfers.
He's only just turned 25-years-old and has a proven track record of scoring in one of Europe's top five leagues with relatively few injury problems.
On a free deal, this seems like the perfect Liverpool signing and the Reds should be all over him.
