Diogo Jota drops MASSIVE Trent Alexander-Arnold contract hint
Liverpool are set to lose Trent Alexander-Arnold on a free transfer at the end of the season, but his teammate Diogo Jota has hinted that there could be another twist in this transfer saga.
The Reds' vice-captain is out of contract in just over six months, along with Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah, and we are yet to see any concrete movement from the club on a new contract for Alexander-Arnold.

Real Madrid are still circling, with a move to the Spanish giants the most-likely outcome if Liverpool can't come to an agreement on a new deal.
And with just over a week left until the January transfer window opens, Madrid will have a contract offer lined up to send to Alexander-Arnold on January 1st.
It means the club are well and truly running out of time to secure his services.
Arne Slot has remained coy when speaking about contracts in press conferences, batting off questions by saying that he won't speak in public about contract matters, but Alexander-Arnold's teammates are now dropping some hints that he could be set to stay.
Diogo Jota wants Trent Alexander-Arnold to sign a new contract
Ahead of today's game against Tottenham, Liverpool players were asked by Sky Sports to share what they would get their teammates for Christmas.
In a light-hearted video, Reds fans will have noticed one suggested gift may have had more to it than meets the eye.
Jota was asked what he would buy for Alexander-Arnold and replied: "Paper [...] and a pen. So he can sign his contract."
The fact that Alexander-Arnold's teammate is joking about his future may suggest that an end to his contract saga is closer than expected.
The club have been tight-lipped in public about the fullback's future, but Jota's admission that he wants Trent to sign a new deal means that the issue is being spoken about in the dressing room and that the players are discussing his future ahead of the January transfer window.
It means that a contract could be on the table for Alexander-Arnold to sign sooner rather than later.
