Arne Slot shares WORRYING update after Alisson Becker injury
Just under 80 minutes into a remarkable goalkeeping performance against Crystal Palace, Liverpool's No1 Alisson Becker was left on the floor holding his hamstring.
While is normally an extremely worrying sight, the Reds often have the services of Caoimhin Kelleher to fall back on, except this time, he was nowhere to be seen.

Having been left out of the squad because of illness, Liverpool's third-choice keeper, 23-year-old Vitezslav Jaros was given the nod to travel with the squad.
And while usually, this would involve the young talent spending the entire game on the sidelines, this time he was needed, desperately to ensure another Premier League win for the Reds.
With only limited experience to fall back on, winning the FA Youth Cup in 2019 and playing on loan last season with Sturm Graz, the Czech international impressed during preseason and Slot decided to keep him on board as an extra asset this season.
Liverpool had been in form up to this point, although having been unable to notch a second goal to kill off the match, Palace managed to keep the deficit to one and now the game was cracked wide open.
ARNE SLOT POST-MATCH UPDATE:
Arne Slot shared a quick post-match update on Alisson while talking to Discovery Sports. The Liverpool head coach discussed the tough upcoming fixture list before commenting on his goalkeeper.
"Unfortunately, Ali won't be with us for those fixtures, I assume, after how he walked off the pitch," said Slot.
Not a sure-fire answer but it appears Liverpool are of the impression that Alisson will be missing post-international break.
The momentum changer in Liverpool's season?
Alisson Becker is considered by many to be the best goalkeeper in the world. And having already nursed muscle tightness this season, it is hoped that that is all the goalkeeper is suffering with here.

However, should the injury be related to his hamstring as many are currently fearing, then Liverpool may face a substantial amount of time with the Brazilian left on the sidelines.
Alisson was pictured hobbling on his way out of Selhurst Park, walking on his way out towards the team bus.
Fortunately, there is an international break following this afternoon's Premier League visit to Crystal Palace, so Kelleher should have time to recover from illness and fill in for Alisson. However, we may see Jaros increasingly involved this season as the games come thick and fast in a packed schedule.
