Trent Alexander-Arnold has agreed to join Real Madrid on a free transfer in summer 2025, according to a shock new report in Spain. 

TodoFichajes claims that Madrid’s deal to land the Liverpool right-back is ‘complete’ and he will arrive at the Bernabeu when his contract expires next year.

The report states that Madrid attempted to open negotiations with the Reds over a transfer for Alexander-Arnold this summer but opted against a move owing to Liverpool’s asking price.

In further bad news, Joao Neves, a player previously named as Liverpool's 'priority target', now looks set to be headed to France, according to Fabrizio Romano.
