Liverpool defenders Joe Gomez and Andy Robertson traded boots for paintbrushes in the first episode of a new video series on the club's official YouTube channel, AXA Player Portraits.
The duo sat down opposite each other to tackle the challenge of creating artistic images of their team-mates. Robertson mocked Gomez's claim that he had last picked up a paintbrush to do some DIY: "You've not decorated your house, shut up!"
While working on their masterpieces, the pair reminisced about their earliest football memories, discussed their career ambitions, and offered insights into adapting to life under new head coach Arne Slot.

Babysitting banter
The two friends also talked about shared babysitting duties, after Robbo was asked if he had ever been invited to Gomez's house for a meditation session. "Not meditation, no, I'm just usually picking up his kids!"
Gomez responds: "I'm basically a babysitter, he should be paying me a direct debit."
Robbo insists it's the other way around: "I'm Joey's babysitter, anytime he wants to go out for dinner!"
