Linda Pizzuti, the wife of Liverpool owner John Henry, has aimed a hilarious dig at Manchester City on Instagram following their Premier League title win.

Henry and Pizzuti were in attendance at Jurgen Klopp's final game in charge of Liverpool on Sunday afternoon, with the Reds beating Wolves 2-0 at Anfield.

It was an emotional afternoon for Liverpool supporters both inside Anfield and across the world as Klopp's special reign came to a close, with tributes pouring in from players, managers and pundits.

Elsewhere, Man City won their fourth successive Premier League title at the Etihad following a 3-1 win over West Ham United.

However, after one particular social media post from Manchester City's official account, Pizzuti was quick to poke fun at the Sky Blues on Instagram.

Following their title victory, Man City posted on X, 'THIS MEANS FOUR', with several trophy emojis. It was a fourth straight crown for the Cityzens, but the post was intended to ridicule Liverpool's tagline of 'This Means More'.

Pizzuti clearly took exception to the dig aimed at the Reds and took to her Instagram story to fire back.

Pizzuti posted a screenshot of Man City's post and added the captions: "A since congratulations to Man City - Premier League champions! So much respect for this tremendous achievement.

"Thanks for thinking of us on your special day [love heart emoji]."

Liverpool fans were quick to embrace Pizzuti's message, with one supporter on X writing: "No way Man City won four prems in a row and they are still getting cooked by Linda."

That about sums it up, with Man City's cheeky dig backfiring big time.
