Bayern Munich forward Robert Lewandowski is 'Premier League bound', according to Sky SportDE, as cited by LFC Transfer Room's Twitter account.

With that being the case, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing the 33-year-old.

Lewandowski's contract expires in June 2023. The Poland international possesses a current market value of €50 million.

Anfield Watch Verdict

Lewandowski is a fine player. The striker has scored 324 goals in 354 appearances for Bayern Munich.

The aforementioned figures highlight that Lewandowski would add quality to Liverpool's forward line.

However, the forward is 33 years of age. It would be fair to assume that Lewandowski's career is coming to an end.

We would prefer to see Liverpool sign a younger forward. Lewandowski could obviously deliver for the Reds right now, but it would be fair to assume that he would only represent the Reds for a few years at most.

Only time will tell if Liverpool are genuinely interested in the striker.
